The Beachy Head Chaplaincy Team has been patrolling the cliffs since 2004 reaching out to those in distress, seeking to save lives at Beachy Head.
Linking Lives Eastbourne provides a befriending service for lonely and isolated people who would benefit from a home visit by a trained volunteer.
Andy & Rose Roberts are our CMS Mission Partners who live and work in Olinda, Brazil in partnership with Living Waters Anglican Church.They have embarked on a new venture entitled ReVive International, which is the charity through which the Roberts’ ministry operates, bringing hope and restoration to young girls living on the streets of Olinda.
Help for the vulnerable, homeless and others in need The Matthew 25 Mission is a Christian charity offering practical assistance and support to anyone in need regardless of race, religion, age or gender They are an Eastbourne based charity assisting people in need and offering practical help and support to anyone, regardless of race, religion or gender. They provide a listening ear and sympathetic pastoral care with information and advice as well as provision of food, clothing and basic necessities.
Their mission is to transform end of life care for the people of Eastbourne, Seaford, Hailsham, Uckfield, Heathfield and all the points in between. They want to see a community where people talk openly about dying, live well until the end of their life and where nobody dies alone, afraid or in pain.
Are a community of people who have been set free to follow God’s call in mission. Thousands of people from all walks of life are part of Church Mission Society – praying, learning and acting together in pursuit of that call. They believe every Christian – and ultimately every person – is called to join in God’s mission and has the potential to bring challenge, change, hope and freedom to the world.
CMCT’s flagship ministry is the Orphanage and Hostel run for girls. Housed in CMCT’s main building on Spur Tank road, it provides a safe haven for the abandoned or for those from very poor backgrounds. The Handicraft section trains young adult girls and women in the art of handicrafts empowering them with valuable income generating skills.
They’re following Jesus where the need is greatest, working through local churches to unlock people’s potential and helping them to discover that the answer to poverty is within themselves. When disasters strike, they respond quickly. They won’t stop until poverty stops
Release International is an inter-denominational Christian ministry working through local church partners in more than 25 countries, helping persecuted Christians prayerfully, pastorally and practically. There ministry is based on Hebrews 13 v 3: ‘Continue to remember those in prison as if you were together with them in prison, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering.’
